We recently ported http://gaiwan.co site to use Babashka and Bootleg 🎉! https://github.com/lambdaisland/gaiwan_co We had a similar issue with gh-pages builds failing because .nojekyll was not present.

from the looks of it, it seems to be generated by tocbot itself even. it uses the checkbox label trick to toggle the menu, which I assume is generated by the library. Ill need to look at it for a bit 🙂
