welcome @jethroksy
Hello!
Guess there is no more lack of newbies here eh (:
I'm really interested in the style of code the collective community of clojurians churn out
Well, the general effort to replace Slack is happening in the #C0CB40N8K channel and seems to have lost momentum at the moment.
They have a dogfood server set up that I've been abusing for a while.
@rafd can send you an invite to that if you want to check out the actual system.
And the source code is available on github.
Recently some folks have been taking a closer look at Braid and will likely be contributing to the effort.
Just looked through it
@jethroksy: What is your particular interest in this project if you don't mind me asking?
I want to help contribute features actually
Personally its my chance to watch a young project mature
We'd love to have the help. What's your area of interest/expertise?
I'm only about half a year into clojure, so I'm no expert in anything
I do full stack web dev in clojure(script) so its not something I'm unfamiliar with, although I've never used sente and datomic
Well, just dive in then. :simple_smile:
My friend and I took an interest in building something like Branch before branch came out
It's funny this popped up hahaha
Would really like to test this out on the server
@jethroksy: invite to the email in your slack profile?
@jamesnvc: sure, thanks!
@jethroksy: invite sent!
@jamesnvc: got it, looking at it right now, i'll write up some feedback
Awesome, thanks! :simple_smile:
hahaha I can see what @meow meant when he said he went nuts on the server
