Very surprised to find the chapter on the reader and the evaluator pretty much the most interesting thing I’ve ever read

The chapter on macros ?

The one just before the official macro chapter, 7. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a language where that was introduced

I finished the book. What would be a good next step?

I just finished it a few days ago. Want to get my hands dirty by making a small web-application, so I'm looking into figwheel for the front end and Luminus for the back end. When I finish that I plan on reading some new book(s) and continue working on understanding the core of clojure.
