Just an update on the problems on Mac - I could reproduce the error on a friend's Mac, but couldn't reproduce on another...

On the Mac I was able to reproduce, I've tried to compile the master branch in release mode. Same error. Then, I've tried a release build with --debug switch, and it worked - then, tried to make a release build without --debug, and worked again.

I can only confirm that working from source works just fine beyond 0.1.2

Yeah, the problem is the release build. The plug-in have two activation commands, I think I'll remove then and make it activate when Atom loads, and see if it works
