Clojurians Log v2

I'd like this feature in circleci: https://discuss.circleci.com/t/ability-to-have-a-ignore-paths/1074 is it closed because "won't fix" or is there some feature I could use? or do I have to write a script for it?

telling people to use [skip ci] in their commit message in a PR isn't working very well
