Clojurians Log v2

Did anyone ever bump into hanging HTTP connections (very simple get with a retry-handler-fn that only sleeps for a few seconds and retries 3 times) that get stuck in <http://java.net|java.net>.SocketInputStream.socketRead0(). Similar(?) to what was described at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28785085/how-to-prevent-hangs-on-socketinputstream-socketread0-in-java
