Clojurians Log v2

Hi. I just want people who are interested know I changed the layout of the scoop-clojure repository with the installer for clojure and other tools. This changes nothing for both current users and new users. The major improvement is the scoop machinery automation to bump new versions for all the manifest in the scoop bucket. Benefit for users is to be on the top of the most recent releases. Benefit for me is I don't need to check github notifications for new releases of every popular tool in the repo. The whole project is also less dependent on me being on wire all the time. No release should be skipped from now on 🙂 I'll continue to add manifests for any artifact who's author show interest to be part of the scoop bucket. Thank for your attention 🙂
