Clojurians Log v2

Hey I want to package a library, should I create a pull request straight away and work on it publicly like that or when I think it's complete (this is sort of my first time doing a proper OSS pull request sort of thing so I'd appreciate someone holding my hand and telling me it's going to be okay)
