I talked to Lynn about the upcoming conference if they needed help. She says they would like us to make a list of local things to do in Austin

That’s well past bat season. I’d put the downtown alamo drafthouse on the list. There’s the capital. The LBJ library and Ransom Center are good visits on UT.

The botanical garden at zilker will be closed that time of year, but there’s the umlauf garden near there that should be open

Actually - meant Blanton not Ransom center. Ransom center is really cool too though

Mt Bonnell… Don’t know if the Circuit of Americas is visitable, but any racing fans would be interested

There’s the new boardwalk along the “lake” downtown now, though I thought I heard it might have been damaged. Maybe good to include with the hole hike/bike trail

Maybe put the Bullock Museum too? Also seems like there should be something representing the weirdness Austin is proud of but I’m too out of touch these days to know what to recommend

greenbelt trail is accessible from zilker - that would be ideal for someone visiting

crazy people still go to barton springs in december
