Finding Clj jobs is definitely harder, but paradoxically it's also hard to find clojure developers.
The only time I’ve ever seen a clojure job go unfilled in the last several years were: non-remote jobs in areas with no clojure communities or companies that refused to pay
Admittedly I have only been on the hiring side twice, not a great data point
I do keep an eye on open positions and it's definitely rare to see from the "looking to work" side
