Does anyone know if it is permitted to bring a DSLR camera to the conj?

My experience is that they are very concerned with attendee privacy, so you must be very careful when taking photos to check that attendees are OK. I ran into this at Strange Loop and Clojure/West, where there were different color lanyards to indicate attendee privacy choice. In any case, it ensured that I couldn't shoot the time lapses I wanted, since there was no way to ensure that opt-out attendees could be excluded.
