The Collective makes decisions as a single entity. However, the Borkdude plays an as yet not totally understood role in ordering the chaos of the Collective and the information flowing in from its trillions of https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Borg_drone.

That makes total sense to me.

I use it a lot. Just the basic parser though. Never failed me yet.
