Yes, it‘s hard. That‘s part of Facebook‘s market power. I just give it a try now and see how it will work out for me. 🤷

ha, both mine are in their 80s - but my mum very definitely has a mobile and once she's gotten used to using something one way is quite hard to convince to change

Mostly everyone I know has Signal too (either from themselves, or me refusing to communicate via WhatsApp ever again).
