@dev964 As you can see this channel has almost no activity. My guess is there's at most 50 people working in Clojure in Poland. I live here. Job offers are rare and there are no Clojure meetings. It's hard to even call it a community. I've been interested in Clojure for a few years now and I've never met a Clojurian in person.
Oh, I just remembered I've met one Clojurian in Poland! He lives and works in Portugal.
There seems to be (fairly unfrequent) warsaw meetup: https://www.meetup.com/Clojurians-Warszawa/
I've met few Polish Clojurians during Euroclojure in Krakow
I'm glad I was wrong 🙂
I’m presenting a workshop on Datalog in Krakow next week - https://www.meetup.com/ITAkademiaj-labsKrakow/events/249184082/ - maybe we’ll see more Clojurians in the future :]
I’m not plugged into the Warsaw scene, but I know a handful of people working full-time in Clojure - Wrocław, Kraków and remote.
Would there be interest in attending a Kraków Clojure meetup? ✅ if so.
I think that @pithyless is actually one of the people I've talked with in Krakow 😂
