Maybe Not could be seen as a milestone when Rich declared that spec1 contained some design choices that were not optimal and he wants to address in spec2. This was in November 2018.

I checked the repo but it seems like the older commits are still Spec 1 commits, there is not lear (to me) transition between v1 and v2. I will just assume that it was around the Maybe Not talk 🙂
