anyone used  `SELECT ... SKIP LOCKED` in postgresql ? i've got some work that i want to run in a transaction between in/out queues, and while i could use kafka, i don't need much throughput and i would really like to be able to introspect what's on the queues... `SELECT ... SKIP LOCKED` looks on the tin like it might be just the ticket...
