now that the compo is over we can share this on twitter etc. right?
@plexus oh wow
@podviaznikov: i'd recommend putting your competition entry to upcloud server but if you didn't lets see what the judges say
In practice we'd like to see that nothing changes during the judging period and also the version (tag) of the entry that should be judged. But if the content is only static maybe judges will use common sense there.
You could write in the team description how to access the demo and why aren't you hosting it on upcloud.
We got a dns name for our entry: http://landofquil.we-do-fp.berlin/
@pesterhazy: can you compile with :advanced
when using bootstrapped cljs?
not sure, but I do know that we're not using advanced compilation
my guess is that :advanced
requires Google Closure?
yes definitely
question is if you can compile โthe applicationโ with :advanced
while still compiling code with eval-str
from these compiled sources
ay
good question: don't know
heh
we forgot to add analytics to our page ๐
โฆ and 40 other things
we forgot to come up with a name
what's your project, nooga?
I saw it, looks & feels real nice
hah, thanks! ๐
btw. your projects looks awesome. I played with it a bit. Very cool
thx
Okay here's some stats: 39 teams made it to the judgement period. 17 teams were disqualified because they didn't provide a demo/repo link.
We'll publish judging results when every judge has done their work to avoid one judge's opinion to affect other.
in two weeks, right?
Yes, the deadline for judging is 20th December. We figured out 2 weeks is fine if some of the judges are busy.
Some judges have already evaluated everything assigned to them of course.
I assume that in reality we'll get results sooner. But that's the hard deadline anyway.
oh boy oh boy
Iโm getting excited ๐
I'm sure we're going to get good judgings for everyone.
