Heard of it but not looked at it. What friction are you encountering?

@agile_geek: it's a community of college students which could benefit from ah more administrative tools than slack offers.

also we're getting pretty tired of Slack's scrollback limitations etc and have infrastructure to self-host.

@arrdem: When we trialed rocket.chat it wasn't as featureful as we needed, in terms of integrations, and the Admin side of things wasn't "quite there". There were a few other things. I wikll try and pull out my document later on it's pro's and cons
