It’s not clear what that message implies - AFAICT people can still see them.
I've seen this on other large Slacks. Admins only have access to public files, not those shared privately (which is often a lot of them), but we can certainly delete some 🙂
I've pruned a lot of old files -- incl. quite a few videos and PDFs -- I'll keep plugging away until we're under our storage limit (if I can get there).

@seancorfield That’s possible, a lot of screenshots get passed around doing support.
There are over 2,000 public images across all channels and the UI for deleting them is one by one with lots of clicks.

Not really. All the options have downsides.
