Clojurians Log v2

happy end to a Scala language fork: https://github.com/typelevel/scala/issues/186

This is very nice indeed and something that probably has never proven viable before. In relation to Clojure, being our community way smaller, fork attempts have always been abandoned quickly as far as I know but I like the "try it there and port it to core" approach a lot.
