@stuartsierra: @roberto I made similare experiences. Looking back I think there was a mismatch. Reading about component gave it some kind of supernatural aura (little exageration from my side to make the point). Actually having it work was much easier than I initially thought. This is a common problem for me, my brain sometimes makes things harder than they are, searching for more complex solutions than there are. And the second point was integrating a ring handler. So not knowing much about component and the ring handler was a bad combination making it hard bringing them together. A full featured example of what I wanted to do would have helped me, but, that most probably always is the case 😄
