@alexmiller: could we get confirmation on when notifications will go out? Is it the 15th, as the form says, or the 27th, as the submission email says?

Anyone know what time the RFP window closes? I’m still waffling.

Midnight EST, maybe?

(probably not submitting — just started a new job this week & expect that to take most of my energy for the next couple of months — but it’d be nice to know when I can stop the internal debate)
