I've merged it into develop, wrapped it up in config (off by default) and got it working on Neovim stable, not the master branch, by writing my own libuv timer wrapper.

ConjureConfig log.hud.passive-close-delay 1000 to turn it on and introduce a 1s delay on passive HUD closing. Feedback is much appreciated!
