what's unique: question and answer sites start with a formatting that demands a question ... this is a flip on that idea. we start with chatrooms which are cheap and easy to make. we have 2 main chat rooms (Translation Room, Grammar Room). You can chat in those rooms, and if people "promote to question" any line of chat (multiple votes req'd) it'll become its own question page, which is another chat room, with this new question as the chat topic, and

lines that are "promoted to answer" percolate to the top on question chat pages.
