I am actually not aware, maybe @whilo or @konrad.kuehne can answer that. I guess it is highly dependent on the backend...but I guess you are referring to PostgreSQL-backend, right?

How does one would model a many-to-many relationship with a unique constraint in Datahike? In Datomic there would be the composite tuple, but this is not available in Datahike (yet).

Nope. It is mentioned as the first thing on the list from the Clojurists Together Funding though. https://github.com/replikativ/datahike/issues/104
