Clojurians Log v2

FYI 2.0.161 is available on Clojars. It uses a broader regex for updating the SCM <tag> so it shouldn't matter what prefix, if any, you use in <tag> if the rest of it otherwise matches the <version> field. Requested by @dharrigan
