hey, i'm having this weird issue with eastwood

it complains about coll-of specs being "always true" and about defonce being "def'd 2 times"

i thought these cases are dealt with in the eastwood built-in config files

i'm using eastwood as a lein plugin and didn't do any setup other than adding it to the plugins list

am i missing something i should've set up?

@vale could you create a minimal repro and make a github-issue, and I’ll have a look?
