Any ideas for a pre conference evening gathering?

there are several of us staying near the confenrence centre and arriving the afternoon before

I’m at the hilton near the centre, too.

what I think will happen is that people will use twitter to get organised....

using the #C04V12NPC hashtag

alternative we can always exchange phone numbers

ps. twitter worked quite well last year in Krakow. we sent out a tweet and several people showed up later in the cafe
