Ther aren't a lot of them @limist , but you can try Cafe Central at the mall

Seems like there's maybe a pizzeria next to venue, or something.

Also, Arrosseria Xativa, a paella place, you could ask for a vegeterian only paella

You could also try tagliatella (pasta and pizza), but depending on the veggie level it won't be suitable for you :satisfied:
