Does figwheel support reloading multiple browser (tabs) ?

@borkdude both tabs should get reloaded, if they are both from the same running clojure process but if one is left over from another process it wont reload

Say I open my app in tab 1 and tab 2, I only see it being refreshed in the last opened tab, tab 2

So it's the same build, but just opened in two different places
