@andrewmcveigh Integrant in a war file might be a little difficult, because in that case the “system” is effectively being managed by the servlet container. I can’t think of a better solution that the one @curlyfry suggests.

@weavejester I ended up using the approach @curlyfry suggested. It's not ideal, but it's better than what we had before.
