Clojurians Log v2

hi. we are using it in production in multiple projects - there will be breaking things, but all will be documented in the CHANGELOG, so there should be a clear path to upgrade. 0.3.0 will be out this week, the latest snapshot has most of the stuff in already.

and would like to hear comments & ideas about anything, most of the things are still easy to mold.
