Clojurians Log v2

@plexus I tried upgrading the regal test for babashka and found the example I tested didn't work anymore. First I thought it was an error in bb maybe, but when testing with clojure it didn't work either:

clojure -Sdeps '{:deps {regal {:git/url "<https://github.com/lambdaisland/regal>" :sha "4b68dc871c59453c12a1432f0f78498c9ed44d2a"}}}' -e "(require '[lambdaisland.regal :as re]) (prn (re/regex [:range \a \z]))"

The error:

No method in multimethod '-regal->ir' for dispatch value: [:range :java9]
