Sadly going to miss Clojure Exchange - starting with a new client next week and they are already in crunch mode.
Booo!
Morning
Unfortunately I'm having to miss Clojure Exchange too
I’ll definitely be working on getting to Euroclojure though :simple_smile: (I’ve made it to the last 3!)
btw @korny new client sounds like a lot of fun... hopefully you can help them out
Yeah, that is a shame
I'm considering Clojure remote in Feb too, but I'm imagining that it's not quite the same for meeting people when it's not F2F
yes.. I have been getting the emails as well... but I found the F2F the most valuable aspect of confenreces.... I tend to watch the talks later online.
I just bought tickets for all the devs in my company for Clojure Remote :simple_smile:
@pupeno: that sounds awesome....
where do I sign up for this? 😉
We are a remote working company, so, this makes sense for us.
I think the thing I'll miss is the F2F meetings
@pupeno: I actually meant the company 😉
Hahaha, my company is https://CarouselApps.com but we are not hiring right now. Hopefully early next year.
@pupeno: cool thank you.
definitely interested.
I like your company name/slogan. Witty.
@xlevus: was that to me?
yes
Oh, thank you :simple_smile:
We still need to figure out the brand identity, but we have been focusing on product instead.
@pupeno: better to start focusing on product…or more importantly customers… than brand.
Indeed.
who wants a great bit of marketing for something no one wants?
Prostate doctors.
Their last campaign "A finger up the bum? It's just a little fun!" Appealed to the wrong crowd.
I’m giving Yeller a try.
Would be interested to hear how you find Yeller
