@agile_geek: Ok, how did you relocate to San Francisco? I am not kidding I want to live and work there more than anywhere else in the World and I had started to assume that as a Brit it was basically impossible… 😞
(To be clear as an older Brit, I realise that it’s easier if you are in your post-University time)
@maleghast: not me! @annapawlicka !
Oh right!
Oh lucky @annapawlicka !
Well, how are you anyway @agile_geek - all good?
I'm managing. Got a lot going on ATM. Not least of which is trying to organise ldn ClojureBridge while trying to find my next contract!
@agile_geek: That’s a fair bit to have on your plate at one time!
I’ve missed the whole ClojureBridge thing being out here...
@maleghast Add in trying out ideas for a start up and family stuff and its even more
I imagine. I am “recovering” from a shitty job and trying to find another one, and I can’t find the motivation to work on my private projects...
I take my hat off @agile_geek
@maleghast good luck. I actually think I'm taking on too much but I've made commitments
@agile_geek: Thanks :simple_smile: I know what you mean about suddenly thinking “have I taken on too much”, but there is always something that you can put off or negotiate a longer deadline for… I wish you luck as well!
Epic avatar @annapawlicka
moving to SF is fairly easy if you can find a job and have a degree
and then win the visa lottery
Hi all
