I feel like someone proposed it for a GSoC. Someone looked into the idea, but never happened afaik

Yeah I was the one proposing it but nothing happened for Clojure last GSoC unfortunately

@richiardiandrea Do you have any suggestions on things I should research on the lumo side?

I will try to find the original proposal but basically the whole task macro machinery should be good to port

The file cache is another can of worms but I think someone has taken that out and port it to a library
