@martinklepsch: Grand success! After moving to the correct dir, the Getting Started ran as expected and I got my localhost-driven static site from md to html.

That's good to hear, saw your Gist on Twitter and was wondering if it ended up not working and you went with that for publishing

Ha! The plan for that was gist all along, but I'm exploring static site publishing for a bigger later thing.
