@mfikes This is perhaps not a question you can answer but the whitespace I've just corrected was inserted by me originally in order to get repl.cljs to behave properly when opening with a parinfer plugin active in Vim. I'm guessing that your view is that the plugin shouldn't need to mess with those lines and, if it does, it's a problem with the plugin and not the file, right?

Yeah. Alternatively, if everyone's editors make non-relevant whitespace changes, that seems to lead to difficulty with reviews, conflicts, etc.
