Okay, cool!
The “demo devil” thing was some problem with embedded terminal within IDEA. I could execute the same poly
statement in an external terminal, and also in IDEA after I restarted it. I don’t know what the problem was and this was the first time I’ve seen it.
I’ve given a lot of talks worldwide and done a lot of demos — including one for clustered, sharded MongoDB that went completely off the rails. It happens. It was only a minor “blip” for your demo, trust me, and it didn’t detract from the overall message.
The https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cwI_ENLqhU from the London Clojurians has now been published.
I have also added it to the https://app.gitbook.com/@polylith/s/polylith/conclusion/videos section of the high level documentation.
