Not currently. Nor are they currently configurable. For now, the best solution, I think, is to hit META SHIFT P to bring up the list of actions and see the bindings that way.

Would be great with reconfigurable keys, since e.g. CTRL SHIFT P is already used by firefox.

Configurable key bindings are definitely on the roadmap 💯

The latest version of portal, not release yet, has a button to launch the command palette, which would be a work around
