yup just tested again. I deactivated line numbers and opened atom again -> the line numbers were gone opened my .proton again and re-enabled it and they were there agian

other question aside - does anyone else having a delay when hitting save?

Now and then my editor micro laggs and I have no idea why

I also have delay on first save

so it is__ a proton problem

I thought my machine was weird

I'm not sure that this a proton problem

it could be delay caused by linter package for example

then we should try to remove the blocking calls and handle it async if possible
