Clojurians Log v2

@jasongilman The first prototype of exception handling is ready 🙂 featuring inline exceptions (only through (pst)), and hyperlinks to the related project files (libraries and clojure files are excluded). The changes are not minor so I would like you to check them before submitting it. Of course I could also send a PR but I think I still need to clean out some things before putting it on Proto-repl. If anyone else would like to contribute, testing is much appreciated. Simply go to my proto-repl fork, exception-handling branch
