Givver is a fully automate HR / Payroll tool that allows companies to onboard, manage and pay their employees, all from one secure platform. 💥 We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join us in this exciting journey. 🎢 Building from scratch the full end-to-end system. We are stack agnostic. We look for someone who wants to build a scalable platform with the latest stack. Making work exciting for those who will join us later in this journey. 🚀 What we believe it’s the most interesting bit about Givver, this is a Greenfield project. You’ll play a key role shaping Givver’s platform from the ground up. This includes building the HRIS, Payroll engine and automation of payments using Open banking, and this is only the beginning. 💪 The values driving the team building Givver are: 🤝 Put the customer first ⚡️Build fast 🔎 Be transparent 😊 Be kind :snow_capped_mountain: Strive for growth If this sounds like an exciting ride, let’s talk! We promise you won’t regret it. Please email us your availability for a video call <mailto:👉cynthia.aliaga.jimenez@gmail.com|👉cynthia.aliaga.jimenez@gmail.com>
Ah right ok, thanks
My company is hiring BE devs, fully remote in US only. 95% of our backend services are in Clojure, and I spend 99% of my time writing Clojure. A few things I love: • Small and senior team, each member making a big impact • Strong schedule flexibility (e.g. I work Saturday instead of Thursday, several team members often split days) • Unlimited PTO • Generous paternity/maternity leave • Positive, friendly work culture • Entire company is fully remote You can see the job post here: https://truly.pinpointhq.com/en/jobs/9280 I’m not the hiring manager, but feel free to DM me with any questions.
how much PTO did you take in 2020?
Around 3-4 weeks
Not that I couldn’t take more. I just didn’t request it. I’d say on dev team most people took between 4-6 weeks but I didn’t count it up
thats great news!
> We are stack agnostic. We look for someone who wants to build a scalable platform with the latest stack. So I gather this is not a Clojure job?
If you enter in contact with Cynthia, you'll see that it can be Clojure if you want
