oh hey @seancorfield, thanks for pinging me - I have another account, @j0ni, which has been locked out since late last year when I lost my phone (2fa google auth app)

I'm hoping to get 2fa removed from it so I can log back in and reclaim it

unfortunately I did not download backup codes 😞

is that something you can help me with?

Sure, I can disable 2FA on that I think… just a sec…
