I don't understand your question, @seltzer1717. You have posted the above message and everyone can see it. what is not working?

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:51:44.000071Z

dpsutton 2017-10-22T15:52:33.000025Z

i'm sorry i still don't understand. you're searching for your comments and not seeing them?

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:52:44.000010Z

dpsutton 2017-10-22T15:52:46.000056Z

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:53:04.000066Z

forgive me, as i said, i'm new

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:53:34.000060Z

i'm searching from the app: My Files | Messages

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:53:43.000001Z

or, rather, Posts

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:53:56.000039Z

and don't see one i posted earlier today

seltzer1717 2017-10-22T15:54:59.000074Z

So, under My Posts, it says 'No posts from seltzer1717'

no problem about being new. that's why this channel exists 🙂

so looking at what a post is, > Sometimes sharing detailed information with your team takes more than a message. Posts are a way to share and collaborate on long-form content — like project plans, or documentation — directly in Slack. So maybe you are using post meaning message whereas slack has a technical term for post?

@dpsutton - tried another post and it worked. not sure what happened the first time.
