I normally spend all my time with a computer or looking at a phone screen. Today I turned my phone off, and went for a ~4 hour walk. I started remembering a lot of things. I'm very lost in technology, possibly addicted.
I feel the same way sometimes. It's nice to have the instant connection to a community that our devices give but sometimes it's good to just be alone in our thoughts. I need to try harder to be mentally present with others.
