Clojurians Log v2

pod-babashka-postgresql: a new pod for interacting with PostgresQL A pod is a command line program which can be invoked as a library from babashka, a scripting tool for clojure. The interface uses next.jdbc. https://github.com/babashka/babashka-sql-pods

I hope in time mysql will also be supported, depends on GraalVM config stuff. @mbjarland is working on Oracle support (I believe).
