It is fairly stable, but I didn't have any pressure to release 0.1.0 (which I should have done long time ago).
You could (probably) use it with a CPU that supports OpenCL 2.0, but It is not optimized for it and I doubt that it will be remarkably fast.
I'll see to release 0.1.0 before take to devlop cuda engine
the thing that is holding the first release is documentation rather than implementation.
