Hello, is there any sense of the timeline for unstructured sparse matrices? I'm keen to use them for matrix factorisation for recommender systems (hobby project, not professional).

Nothing that I can promise. It is a matter of finding time to work on it, which is difficult since there are other things to work on, too 🙂 Of course, it also depends on the demand.
